Summer Band
WHO IS THIS FOR?
This ensemble is open to any band student who hopes to keep up their instrumental skills over the summer. This includes current Homeschool Band students as well as any other student who has at least one semester of experience on their instrument through their school.
INSTRUMENTS
Your student will need to provide their own instrument, whether that means they own it, rent it from a store (I recommend Music & Arts or H&H Music), or borrow it from their school.
I will be teaching flute, oboe, clarinet, saxophone, bassoon, trumpet, French horn, trombone, baritone/euphonium, and tuba for all summer band sessions.
***On the booking form, you might only see a limited number of instrument options. If your student's instrument is not listed, please select "I need help deciding" and then let me know which instrument they play in the comment box underneath. I am working to remedy this limited menu issue!!
SESSION LENGTH
Sessions will be 8 weeks in length. There will be Monday or Friday rehearsals each week to accommodate for summer travel schedules. Students are welcome to attend one session per week, or two sessions in a single week if they will miss their regularly scheduled rehearsal day.

Homeschool Band
WHO IS THIS FOR?
This ensemble is open to any student whose schooling allows them to attend during the dates and times listed. This includes homeschool, hybrid, online, and any other form of schooling with flexible hours.
***I hope to host both a beginner ensemble and an intermediate/advanced ensemble, beginning in Fall 2026.
SESSION LENGTH
Sessions will be scheduled by semester. Students are welcome to sign up for as many sessions as they'd like, as instruction will be continuous throughout the school year. Students are welcome to attend one or two rehearsals per week. You may select these options upon booking.
ENSEMBLE LEVEL
If your student has been playing their instrument for 18 months or more, please select Intermediate/Advanced Band. If they have been playing for less than 18 months, please select Beginner Band. If you aren't sure which level is appropriate for your child, please email musicshack20@gmail.com.

LOCATIONS & TIMES
MONDAY 1:00-2:00 PM
Rehearsals will take place at the Boni's Company Studio (4545 Research Forest).
THURSDAY 1:00-2:00 PM
Rehearsals will take place at the Boni's 2978 Studio (30420 FM 2978).
Music Tots
For the youngest musicians, ages 6 months to 4 years (pre-K).
Music Shack is so excited to bring back an old favorite - MUSIC TOTS! - for the littlest musicians in the family. Our weekly classes will include singing, movement games, and sensory play to stimulate musical minds and engage early motor skills.
Students and their grown-up of choice will enjoy themed lessons including animals, dinosaurs, things that go, and more!
***THIS IS A GROWN-UP AND ME CLASS.***
Students must be accompanied by a grown (age 16+) participant for each class. Siblings may attend together and do not need separate grown-ups if the grown-up can adequately care for each child during class.
LOCATIONS & TIMES
Classes meet weekly on Mondays OR Fridays at 10:45-11:25 AM at Boni's Dance (30420 FM 2978).
